INTRODUCTION

To allow Business Owners (BO) and Salesperson (SP) to have a quick view of their activities and take the action straight away on activity. BO / SP can view all of the activity placed by users for different applications (Example: CRM, Sales ) on a single page and easy to manage from there.

  • In Activity Dashboard, BO / SP view their schedule activities by different filters.

  • So this is the single dashboard to mark their activity as a  done or cancel.

  • Also, BO / SP can view source documents of activity and open different filtered scheduled activities from the dashboard.


This is the 1st Layer of Activity Dashboard: In this dashboard, BO / SP will have different data set to present. At first glance, BO can see only their activity but once they remove the “My Activities” filter, they can see all salesperson's activities. SP view is only allowed to see their own activities data.

In this view, the user allows to filter activities by All Activities, Today’s Activities, Future Due Activities and Overdue Activities,

  • All Activities: Allow to view all activities which are still open.

  • Today’s Activities: Show only the activities on which the due date is today and still open.

  • Future Due Activities: Show only the activities in which the due date is greater than today’s date and still open.

  • Overdue Activities: Show only the activities whose due date is less than today’s date and still open.

Activities Dashboard: 1st Layer


This is the 2nd Layer of Activity Dashboard:This is call kanban view Activities. In this view, BO / SP can view the activities by dates. In this view, BO/SP can take the below-mentioned action on the activities.

  • Mark As Done: Click on this button to Mark your activity as done. Once you click on Mark as the Done button, the system popup the wizard for the feedback.

  • Cancel: Click on this button to Mark your activity as cancel.

  • View Document: Click on this button to view the Source document of activity.

  • Users can use “ Group By ” or “ Filters ” or “ Favorites ” function as the below-mentioned images to further breakdown of the data.

Activities Kanban View: 2nd Layer


This is the 3rd Layer of Data:  This is called Action View (aka Form View). This form views only opens when BO / SP clicks on the View Document button. This form view is to display all detailed information of a particular source document ( Example: opportunity, Quotation ) of activity. In this view, user can find their all open activity in chatter and they can do mark activities as a Done or Edit activities or Cancel the open activity.
