INTRODUCTION
To allow Business Owner to view the actual income generated from the sales over the time. The analysis of current year revenue help business owner to make decision regarding their business strategy. Business owner can determine key variable and calculate business ratios that tell them how their business is performing. This will help to visualize whether the sales is on track or not. It consists of 4 layers of data setup for this Dashboard Chart.
Revenue Analysis (Current Yr)

Current Year Revenue Analysis helps business owners to understand the sales revenue over the time.

This can help business owner to forecast the sales trend in the next month or next year.
This is 1st Layer of Data : This is the Bar Charts, Business Owner (BO) / Salesperson (SP) will have a different set to present in Dashboard. BO can do analysis of the entire company’s revenue, where SP view is only their own data.

This bar chart show the month wise revenue in amount which is generated by the sales for the current year.

User may “Click” to this bar chart to navigate to the next layer for more detailed breakdown for action.

Revenue Analysis (Current Yr) : 1st Layer
This is 2nd Layer of Data : This is called Bar Chart View. There are 2 different data charts to help BO/SP for making a quick analysis to turn for next action by looking at “customer” and “Salesperson” Chart.
Top 10 Customers (C.Yr)

This bar chart representing the top 10 customer with the highest accumulated sales for the current year.

This graph will show top 10 customer current year revenue in amount (company base currency ).

Top 5 Salesperson (C.Yr)

This bar chart representing the top 5 Salesperson with the highest accumulated sales for the current year.

Top 5 Salesperson (Current Yr) : 2nd Layer
This is 3rd Layer of Data : This is call Kanban View. There are 2 different data set from this session, by either from “Customer” or “Salesperson” then each view will represent different set of data as below.

Customer : Click on graph

It’s will bring user to Kanban view, list of current year won opportunity for this particular customer on what user is clicked.

There will be a stacked Bar indicator show on top of each Stage (ex: First Activity). This is to indicate of all activity under this stage where some may Planned (Green) or Today (Yellow) or Overdue (Red).

User can use “Group By” or “Filters” or “Favorites” function to further breakdown of data.

Kanban View By Customer : 3rd Layer

Salesperson : Click on graph

It’s will bring user to Kanban view, list of current year won opportunity for this particular salesperson on what user is clicked.

There will be a Stacked Bar indicator show on top of each Stage (ex: Sarah). This is to indicate of all activity under this stage where some may Planned (Green) or Today (Yellow) or Overdue (Red).

User can use “Group By” or “Filters” or “Favorites” function to further breakdown of data.

Kanban View By Salesperson : 3rd Layer
This is 4th Layer of Data : This is call Action View (aka: Form View). This form view is to display all details information of particular opportunity which in Won stage. In this view right side corner you can see the next and previous button to move opportunity.
