INTRODUCTION

To allow Business Owner dive into how to build a success business and improve across each sales prospect from “New “  to  “ Win ”, hit highest score in customer retention from analysis. In other side, Business Owner able to understand how is the end-to-end sales processes are not working properly from Lost data and take immediate action for example conducting Interview & etc. It consists of 4 layers of data setup for this Dashboard Chart.


Win Loss Ratio (Current Yr)

  • Win / Loss data is provided in yearly basis. Data will be updated in system when user “Mark” opportunity to WON or LOST.

  • Formula for calculation : Win/Loss Ratio = # Won Opportunities / # Lost Opportunities

  • From the chart, user can easily understand from (%) breakdown either by Count or by Amount. Usually, Business Owner is using this data for setting up a Sales strategy in sales person/in group.


This is 1st Layer of Data : This is called Chart View. Business Owner (BO) / Salesperson (SP) will have different data set to present in Dashboard. BO can view the entire company Win / Loss data where SP only can see their own data. In this view, default data is presented in “Current Year”. This PIE graph is showing by No. percentage (%) where data is # Total of Opportunities divided between Won or Lost.

  • Win Rate = # Won Opportunities / # Total Opportunities

  • User may “Click” to this gauge meter to navigate to next layer for more details breakdown for action.

Win Loss Ratio  : 1st Layer

This is 2nd Layer of Data :  This is called Graph View. There are 2 different data chart which come from Pie Chart “By Count” or “By Amount”. This is to help BO/SP to further evaluating each sales person performance and their effectiveness especially in Win ratio vs industry average. This data set also allow company to re-strategize on metric planning across ex: types of offers, essential product and proper resources mapping to gain higher ratio.

Win Loss By Count (C.Yr)

  • By Count : This Bar Chart is helps to summarize for each sales person in Won / Lost Opportunities by # of count.

  • The arrangement of this chart is based random order. If the value of the shorter bar has less than 10% of the highest value, System will help to fix the bar length with minimum length so that user can easily hover the bar to show the value. Otherwise, the shorter bar length will be too tiny for user to read.

  • In this chart, only Top 10 salesperson data will be presented by individual and rest is group as “Others”.

  • Data consists of “Percentage (%)” and “No. Count” breakdown on both Win and Loss.

  • Navigation to get more details :

    • Desktop View : User can “mouse over” to the stage to view each data point.

    • Mobile View : User can “Tap” on the stage to view each data point.

Win Loss By Amount (C.Yr)

  • By Amount : This Bar Chart is helps to summarize for each sales person in Won / Lost Opportunities by actual amount.

  • The arrangement of this chart is based random order.                       Win Loss By Amount (C.Yr)  : 2nd Layer

This is 3rd Layer of Data : This is call Kanban View. There are 2 set of data, which is list of Won Opportunities and list of Lost Opportunities. Each data set can be represented in 2 different view (Kanban or List) which data is No. of total count “WON” or “LOST” Opportunities.

  • This is to indicate of all activities under this “WON” or “LOST” where some may Overdue (Red) or Planned (Green) or Today (Orange). User is requiring to close all activities if the opportunity is no longer active or in closed stage.

  • User can use “Group By” or “Filters” or “Favorites” function to further breakdown of data.

                               Kanban View By Count : 3rd Layer

This is 4th Layer of Data : This is call Action View (aka: Form View). This form view is to display all details information of particular opportunity which in “WON” or “LOST” stage.

  • Below is shown for opportunity form view.

    • User can Edit to amend any information.

    • User can refer more information related to this opportunity form in CRM user guide.
